Fat is transferred to a syringe attached to a pistol and injected with a 1.6 to 2-mm gauge blunt needle.	When necessary we will also inject fat in the fingers.
Hyperpigmented lesions can be lasered out with a low potency CO2 laser.	Three days post-operative.
